Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and reliable assistant to manage customer communications, social media content posting, and AI-powered video content creation.You will work closely with the founder to drive brand visibility and support customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Respond to social media DMs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) professionally and warmly.
Post prepared social media content daily (videos, reels, quote cards, stories).
Engage lightly with followers (likes, comments, DMs, polls).
Manage follow-up sequences using automation tools (PhantomBuster, ManyChat — training provided).
Track leads and conversations in Google Sheets CRM (hot, warm, cold leads).
Create and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Use AI video creation tools like NIM, Pictory, InVideo, or similar platforms to produce dynamic videos for campaigns.
Assist with building and managing weekly content calendars.
Skills & Experience1+ year experience in customer service, social media management, or virtual assistance.
Excellent written English (friendly, professional, clear).
Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
Ability to use AI video creation platforms (like NIM, Pictory, InVideo, or Canva AI).
Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Buffer, or similar) is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with automation tools like PhantomBuster or ManyChat (training provided).

Pay: £15,056.46-£21,669.86 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
