Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Website Manager to join our team. This is a part time role, between 2 – 3 days a week, or 5 Days with lower hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The candidate should have a deep knowledge of building a website from scratch.
Duties
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
Build and maintain our website
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital content.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.
Website building knowledge
