What you’ll do:
Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and warmth
Resolve queries efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
Provide product and service information clearly and confidently
Log accurate details in our systems while maintaining a great call experience
Collaborate with your team to improve customer satisfaction and performance
What we’re looking for:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
A natural problem-solver with a calm and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided
