Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pay Per Click/Paid Media professional to join our marketing team, based at our Chapeltown head office.

What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Media/PPC Executive to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition), and identify areas for improvement.
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Track and report on campaign performance using data analysis tools and dashboards.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
Collaborate with other marketing team members, including organic social media team, content marketers, designers.
Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
Contribute to the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, social media ads).
Proven track record of successful campaign performance and achieving marketing goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and other relevant marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience with Google Ads Scripts or other automation tools is a plus.
Experience with pixel tracking, UTM codes and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
