Are you passionate about marketing and have a knack for creating engaging content that will capture the attention of the audience? We are looking for a Senior Social Media executive to help shape our brand’s online image, connect with communities, and drive growth through social media channels. This role will also dovetail with our work with influencers to grow brand awareness through social platforms.
This is a particularly exciting time for Terrys, as we are about to launch a range of exclusive brands in the UK where we own the licence to create and distribute soft furnishings in the UK. These household names will be working with us to create Brand and product awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to spearhead these campaigns and make them their own.
This role will work closely with the Brand Owners to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Growing multiple social media profile, whilst maintaining a consistent high-quality brand image with every interaction
Engaging with our customer community on our social platforms
Creating unique posts that meet specific objectives (engagement, clicks, etc.)
Curating images, text, and videos to provide value to our followers
Making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and post quality
Collaborating with the rest of the team on the creative aspects of the social ads
Working with the product team to ensure that new products are promoted via our social media channels
Staying current with the latest social media updates and trends
Establishing relationships with top Instagram photographers?
Create and implement a Micro influencer strategy expanding the Terrys brand(s) over multiple platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/a related field or equivalent working experience
3+ years of experience social marketing and social media demonstrating innovative campaign creation
Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
Proficiency in MS Office, WordPress, and other content management software
Experience building and engaging audiences, either online or offline
Expertise in social media platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pintrest), trends and analytics tools
Graphic design skills are desired but not essential
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of organic social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong collaboration and compromising skills
