AVT Media is looking for a Sales Executive/Producer to join us!The salary will start at £24,720 + uncapped commission of 15%. Commission is uncapped… . 100K sold – you take 15K. 1M sold – you take £150K. …so how much is earned is really down to the Candidate.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with a intention to progress into a permanent position.
We are looking for someone confident and personable with great communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of the roles and processes within video production.
Candidates should be based in or around London with good transport links.
About AVT Media Media:AVT Media is a video production company focused on creating social first video content through branded content/social campaigns, short form documentary and event videos.
How you expect the candidate to spend their day:
You will be responsible for selling video production services to brands, companies and agencies. In doing so your main, day to day roles include:

Lead sourcing and outreach
Prospecting new business (Phone, Email, Video Chat, F2F)
Overseeing beginning to end production flow to make sure it stays on schedule, meets the client’s needs and deliverables are fulfilled.
Comfortable leading Production meetings with clients.
Communicating with various teams and freelancers to meet targets and deadlines.
Be on location for shoots.
Account management of existing clients Meeting all admin expectations such as maintaining CRM, Email and pipeline

Requirements:

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients at all levels.
To help with this you will need to display confidence.
A strong personality can be beneficial, but you must have the drive and determination to handle and overcome difficult calls.
Reliable and personable team player.
Good IT literacy and a strong, reliable internet connection.
No formal qualifications are required, but real world experience, and in similar roles is a massive advantage.
