Overview

Nettle is an exciting startup redefining the future of plant-based food. Our mission is to create alternatives that are better tasting, better for your health, and better for the planet—without the ultra-processing that has taken over much of the plant-based industry today.
Using traditional fermentation techniques and minimal processing, we create organic, nutrient-dense, plant-based cheeses and spreads that prioritise flavour, gut health and natural ingredients. We believe that choosing plant-based shouldn’t mean compromising. Currently, our products are stocked in Gails, Planet Organic, Abel & Cole, Daylesford, Bayley & Sage, and a range of independent retailers across the UK. We also supply many restaurants including Caravan, Bingham Riverhouse, and Gaucho.
