Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, with a strong background in video production and editing. This role involves capturing high-quality footage and transforming it into engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with various departments to produce videos that align with our brand’s vision and objectives. This content will be surrounding Abode Furniture Outlet, the staff & owners.
Duties
Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and develop creative ideas for video projects.
Utilise video editing tools to enhance video quality and effects.
Conduct photography sessions as needed to support video content.
Maintain an organised library of video assets and ensure all projects are delivered on time.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.
Qualifications
Proficiency in video editing software and have a catalog of previous contact to demonstrate your skills.
Strong understanding of all softwares needed for the role.
Experience in photography and videography.
Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition and storytelling.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is essential for application.
We ware looking for one person to take sole responsibility for producing top end professional content across all social platforms using a wide range of formats. This person must have a previous history of content production & bring not only the ability to shoot, edit and product the content but apply themselves to create the storytelling side as well.
The successful candidate must be able to travel between locations to ensure warehouse, store & office content can be made.
