Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, community engagement, and brand elevation through impactful content and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with the firm’s brand and business goals.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Monitor social trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to keep our presence fresh and relevant.
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
Analytical mindset with experience using insights to guide content strategy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
