Overview
We’re recruiting for a Film & TV Assistant at PQA Newport. We’re based at Llanwern High School and our sessions run on Saturdays 9.30am – 1pm.
Interested in filmmaking? Love working with kids? We’re looking for a local person to work with our students at PQA, assisting our Film & TV teacher in devising, scripting and shooting short films. You might be a student studying Film or Media, looking for experience working with young people.
You will be supporting students aged 6 – 18 in workshops, and helping create material that can ultimately be screened in a local cinema and shared online. You will ideally have some experience working with children and young people (not essential) and have a passion for Film and TV.
