Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, creating, and growing our brand’s organic presence across various social media platforms. This role focuses on crafting engaging content, building communities, and driving brand awareness through innovative organic strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation and Curation: o Develop and execute organic content strategies aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives. o Create visually appealing posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, GMB etc.). o Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent posting schedule. • Community Management: o Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner. o Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions and actively participate in conversations to build rapport. o Research, Negotiate & Cultivate relationships with influencers to foster brand advocacy. • Analytics and Performance Tracking: o Track and report key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth. o Analyze content performance and refine strategies to optimize organic reach and engagement. • Trend Spotting and Innovation: o Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. o Experiment with new formats and ideas to keep the brand’s presence fresh and relevant. • Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing team to align organic strategies with overall campaigns and goals. o Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content. • Strategy Development: o Plan and implement short-term and long-term organic social media campaigns. o Develop platform-specific strategies for growth and brand awareness. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Community Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and insights. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
