Overview
We’re seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator to join our in-house events and social media team. This forward-facing role involves being the face and voice of our brand across social media, digital platforms, and live events. Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms tailored to promote events and drive attendance.
Live Event Coverage: Capture and create real-time content at company events, including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and highlights.
Brand Representation: Support the CEO’s personal branding through compelling content and on-camera presence during events.
Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of trends to craft fresh, innovative ideas for event promotions and recaps.
Event Support: Collaborate with the events team to align content with the brand’s vision and marketing goals.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability in content creation and editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Quick Turnaround: Ability to produce and deliver high-quality content efficiently during events.
Passion for Beauty & Events: A genuine interest in the beauty industry and event marketing.
Proactive & Creative: A self-starter with an eye for detail and emerging social media trends.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable being on-camera and engaging with audiences in person and online.
Position Details:
Flexibility: Starting with 20+ hours per week, with potential for increased hours during events, product launches, busy periods, and occasional weekends.
Growth Opportunity: Role may evolve to include responsibilities such as TikTok live presenting.
Work Environment: This is an in-person role based in Birmingham City Centre.
