Job description:
The account is an ongoing account that is hybrid. Training will be from the office, located in London.
The work itself is calling pet owners on behalf of their vet to advise that their furry friends are overdue their vaccinations and then booking them in. Whilst were need to convert these to appointments, it is a lot more of a conversational call about their pet and it’s health.
Training:
Training will be conducted in the office & completed in 5 days.
The training time will be confirmed but it will likely be 9 – 6pm. Training will be paid at the standard hourly rate of £12.82 per hour.
Shift times:
Initially Outbound Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm Progressing to Inbound Shifts range from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday (Occasional)
Staff will be expected to work a minimum of 32 hours per week (4-shifts) or more if possible and to submit what shifts they’d like to work the week prior by Monday 12pm. Flexibility for auditions/workshops etc… will be considered should they arise; however, you must be present for the training day.
Breaks:
There will be an unpaid 30-minute lunch break during your full shift, as well as two 15-minute paid breaks morning and afternoon.
Equipment:
If working from home (WFH), staff will need to obtain a call centre-style headset if you don’t have one already. Headsets can be found on Amazon starting from £10.99.
If WFH, it is imperative that you meet the following criteria:

You must have a strong/secure internet connection that’s adequate for the job.
You must have an internet download speed of at least 10mgb. To find out if you have this, please Google “internet speed test” and run a quick speed check. This will only take 1 minute to complete.
You must work in a private space that is your place of residence. Wherever possible, try to create a work area that is separate to your home life, this should help you switch off from work when you’re not on shift and give you a healthy work/life balance.
You must work at a suitable desk or table; ensure you are sitting comfortably and based somewhere that you can work without any distractions/interruptions from the household.

Hourly rate: WFH £12.82(basic rate £11.44 plus rolled up holiday of £1.38) per hour plus
In office £13.02 (basic rate £11.62 plus rolled up holiday of £1.40) per hour
