About the Role
We’re looking for an Admin & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things organised and on track — from making sure our suppliers get paid to booking engineers for site visits. You’ll also help us keep on top of deliveries, stock, and general admin. You won’t be stuck in a silo — this is a varied role where no two days are the same!
Your day-to-day will include:
· Handling bookkeeping and supplier payments (we use ClearBooks, but we’ll show you the ropes)
· Managing our sales & purchase ledger (low volume)
· Purchasing from suppliers and tracking deliveries
· Monitoring and logging stock using asset labels (we use RMS – don’t worry if it’s new to you!)
· Creating quotes
· Booking deliveries or engineer visits
· Liaising with site contacts to make sure installations go smoothly
What We’re Looking For
· Previous admin and/or bookkeeping experience
· Good with numbers and great attention to detail
· Proactive and organised with strong communication skills
· A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
· Comfortable using software systems (we’ll train you on ours!)

Pay: £22,226.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
