Spidersnet is a leading provider of websites and digital marketing solutions to the UK automotive industry. We’re part of Friday Media Group – a UK-based digital business with multiple brands and global reach.
We’re expanding our team and looking for someone who can bring fresh energy and ideas to our marketing approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead our marketing efforts with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves trying new things, getting into the data, and seeing results.

Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates
Use AI tools and automation platforms to work smarter and scale campaigns
Own and optimise marketing funnels, from awareness to onboarding and beyond
Create performance-driven content (emails, landing pages, blogs, campaigns, socials) tailored to B2B buyers
Analyse campaign data to measure results, test hypotheses, and make smart decisions
Collaborate with our sales, design, and product teams to align marketing activity with business goals
Stay on top of industry trends and competitors, bringing fresh thinking to every campaign

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech or digital services environment
A natural problem-solver who thinks commercially, not just creatively
Fluent in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, or similar
Hands-on experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, or automated workflows
Confident writing copy that drives action, not just engagement
Strong understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, content and email marketing
Comfortable owning strategy, but also rolling up your sleeves to deliver it
A proactive, curious mindset – you’re always learning, testing and optimising

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the automotive industry
Ability to capture and edit short-form video content for social/email campaigns
Familiarity with tools like WordPress or Dotdigital
