Experienced Dental Nurse and Treatment Coordinator

(N.B. Applicant MUST have excellent Dental Nursing AND treatment coordinator experience.)

We’ve grown over the past year to a part time practice delivering dental excellence with a passion! Our multi-award-winning team is looking for a part time Treatment Coordinator to work as a dental nurse in clinic and aid in tasks for the teaching team.
Part Time (2 DAYS) required to work within a private dental practice
Our practice offers a wide range of dental services including General & Cosmetic Dentistry, Facial Aesthetics, Teeth Straightening & Dental Implants
What Duties will you be expected to cover:

New patient journey
Treatment presentation
Discussing treatment plans with existing patients
Recording daily diagnosed and accepted figures
Following up outstanding treatment
Conducting free smile and implant consultations
Diagnostic test days: intra-oral scanning and photography.
Dental nursing duties
CQC paperwork and audits

We are looking for an active and bubbly new team member to take the practice to the next level;
· Dealing with patients daily
· Registering new patients
· Answering the telephone
· Responding to emails
· General admin duties
· Arranging dental finance
Plus if needed;
· General Dental Nursing duties
The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:
· Good dental knowledge
· Be well presented & be able to help present the practice positively
· Experience of Software of Excellence Exact
· Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications and TCO presentation skills
· Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
· High standard of personal presentation
· Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a very busy environment
· Willingness to be flexible to aid the smooth running of the practice
There is the opportunity to develop in the practice, taking radiography course and work Saturdays if we grow further.

Essential Characteristics

You will be happy working 2 days a week as a TCO
Implant experience/training and Orthodontic experiece would be ideal

Salary – from £15 per hour for an experienced Dental Nurse with TCO duties. Higher depending on experience and proof of previous earnings.
Extra income:
Commission based target Bonuses for social media and patient management and interaction
You will be paid bonuses for monitored treatments above key values that convert and complete treatment.
Salary: Depends on experience.
