Fenice Media is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Digital Media & Administration Coordinator to join our energetic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence across digital platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others
Assist with the planning, coordination, and participation in client video interviews during business events
Create engaging content and help increase the visibility and reach of our social media activity
Conduct business and industry research to support strategic decision-making
Assist the data research department with ongoing projects
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Source and liaise with suppliers as needed

Key Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of major social media platforms and an understanding of how to optimise them for engagement
Previous experience or education in marketing, media, communications, or a related field is desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proactive, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
