We’re after someone organised, quick on their feet (and fingers!), and eager to make an impact. If you’ve got a knack for planning, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills, you’re already halfway there. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in audio or video production—though enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Familiarity with audio and video production processes and apps
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere or After Effects)
Previously used a project management app or CRM system

What You’ll Do

Master Voquent’s services and take charge of coordinating voice actors, studios, and translators (with full training provided!)
Team up with our business crew to bring client project briefs to life
Briefing and negotiating rates with suppliers around the world
Tracking and maintaining project budgets
Keeping the team updated in our project management app
Regularly updating clients and guiding them with friendly, expert advice to shape smart project decisions
Delivering top-quality results on tight deadlines—keeping everyone happy
Tackling challenges head-on to meet client goals
Spotting ways to make our processes even better!
