Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and PPC (Google Ads) advertising accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions through effective paid media campaigns across search and social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves data, is always testing new ideas, and has a sharp eye for performance-driven creative.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
Monitor and analyse performance, providing regular reports with insights and actions
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Conduct keyword and audience research to refine targeting strategies
Test and iterate on ad creative, messaging, and landing pages in collaboration with the wider marketing and design teams
Manage campaign budgets and pacing to deliver maximum results
Implement tracking and attribution strategies across channels (e.g. GA4, HubSpot, Matomo)
Stay ahead of platform updates and digital advertising trends to keep campaigns competitive

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution
Experience working with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Comfortable handling both strategic planning and day-to-day campaign execution
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Creative sensibility – understanding what makes a scroll-stopping ad
Bonus: Experience with Matomo or other web analytics platforms
