Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee company dedicated to sourcing and roasting the finest Colombian coffee. Founded by Victor and Santiago Gamboa and Adnan Millwala, we are committed to protecting and supporting Colombian coffee farmers and communities. With a passion for quality and sustainability, we regularly visit Colombia to build direct relationships with farmers, discover unique coffee profiles, and bring an authentic, differentiated coffee experience to our customers.At Hermanos, we celebrate culture, community, and craft. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-quality coffee and contribute to a growing, passionate business.Key Responsibilities:

Roast coffee to meet production demands while maintaining quality standards
Develop and manage daily/weekly roast schedules
Profile and evaluate coffee for release
Maintain strict quality control through daily product evaluations
Handle and move green and roasted coffee as part of daily operations
Train and support team members as needed
Perform preventive maintenance on roasting equipment
Ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines
Assist with stock management, ensuring adequate green bean and packaging supplies
Bag, pick, and fulfill customer orders

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of roasting experience
Passion for specialty coffee and quality control
Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail
Proof of the right to work in the UK
