We are looking for a Programme Executive to join our team, working on high-profile medical association and professional association events.
About the Role
You will support content creation, programme and speaker management, and onsite event delivery. This role is ideal for a content producer, communications executive, or event manager with at least 1 year of experience looking to advance their career. Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Conduct content research and develop event agendas.

Coordinate with event committees and stakeholders to curate event programmes Manage speaker communications and logistics. Support onsite event execution and manage speakers onsite
Working predominantly on two large-scale medical association events and team collaboration on one large-scale professional association event.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:
What We’re Looking For Experience in a similar role in a content, events, communications, or publishing background

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage expectations. Excellent organisational and administrative skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and work under pressure.
