About Us:Sierra Six Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that delivers impactful strategies in SEO for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Executive to join our team. Reporting to our SEO Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving organic growth for our clients by implementing effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for client websites, using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
Optimise on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings.
Implement technical SEO recommendations, including site speed improvements, structured data, and crawlability fixes.
Conduct regular site audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, and create actionable plans to address issues affecting organic performance.
Analyse and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations directly to the SEO Lead.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new content and website projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep clients’ strategies cutting-edge.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, preferably within an agency setting but in-house experience considered.
Tools: Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
Technical / on-page SEO: Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed optimisation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Attention to Detail: Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for SEO: Enthusiastic about staying ahead of industry changes and driving measurable results.
