A fast-growing hospitality brand, famous for its made-to-order sushi rolls, bowls and Asian-inspired salads, is on the lookout for a creative and driven Social Media and Content Executive to join their vibrant team. With 9 locations already across London and big plans to expand across the UK and beyond, this is an exciting time to get on board.
In this role, you’ll be the digital heartbeat of the brand. Crafting scroll-stopping content, growing our community, and making their social channels buzz. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute content strategies, manage online engagement, and drive awareness of a beloved, fast-casual food concept. What You’ll Do

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and deliver a fresh, engaging organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with the support of the Marketing Manager
Stay ahead of trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
Grow our social following and deepen audience engagement

Content Creation

Produce eye-catching, on-brand content (reels, stories, posts) aligned with campaigns, launches, and day-to-day buzz
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
Write snappy captions and voiceovers that bring the brand personality to life

Influencer & Community Management

Build and nurture a community of brand ambassadors and UGC content creators
Source and manage collaborations with influencers and like-minded brands
Interact daily with followers, creating genuine connections and conversations

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance, spot trends, and deliver insights to shape future strategies
Regularly report on KPIs and content success metrics

Team Culture & Additional Support

Contribute to content shoots, events, and marketing activations
Be an active part of a collaborative, fun-loving team culture (think: weekly drinks, regular socials, and team breakfasts)

Who You Are

1+ year of experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (personal or professional)
Confident filming and editing video content
Demonstrated success growing social engagement, especially on TikTok
A natural storyteller with a strong eye for design and detail
Passionate about food, trends, and digital culture
A team player with a hands-on attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving brand
Bonus: knowledge of basic graphic design
