Overview
We’re looking for a creative, fast-working and social media-savvy freelance content creator to join our content team on a flexible, remote basis. You’ll be editing short-form videos – primarily talking head content, voiceover reels, and treatment reels – for aesthetic clinics and practitioners, turning raw footage into high-performing, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce short-form videos optimised for social media platforms (primarily Reels and TikTok).
Write captions to go with videos in the client tone of voice.
Transform talking head clips into dynamic, visually engaging content with text overlays, captions, transitions, effects and music.
Edit voiceover and treatment reels into smooth, aesthetic-led narratives that tell a clear story.
Work closely with content creators and strategists to interpret briefs and bring creative ideas to life.
Suggest fresh, trend-led video concepts to help grow client visibility and engagement.
Optimise video formats, styles and pacing in line with best practices across platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media.
Strong understanding of current social trends, particularly within beauty, skincare and aesthetics.
Creativity and initiative – someone who can turn a basic clip into thumb-stopping content.
Experience using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Confidence working with text animations, subtitles, transitions and sound.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback.
Bonus if you have experience working with aesthetic clinics, beauty brands, or personal brands in the wellness space.
