Social Media & Content Editing Assistant
Looking for a full-time Social Media & Content Editing Assistant (5 days a week) to support a busy content creator team based in London, England, with a growing audience of 4.5M+ followers across platforms.

Content Creation & Editing
Film and edit videos and images for social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram).
Handle all post-production editing, including cutting, transitions, effects, and sound editing.
Ensure content is formatted correctly for each platform’s aspect ratio and resolution requirements.
Review and send content for approval before publishing.
Content Management & Scheduling
Maintain and manage a content calendar for shoots and live posting schedules.
Track new uploads across social media platforms, updating the content library.
Organize and maintain a content library for repurposing content and reference.
Schedule content for optimal posting times.
Creative Collaboration
Contribute to the creative direction of content related to LGBTQ+ Lifestyle, Health & Wellness, and Home & Living. This includes research of trends, and concepts of original videos.
Work with the Talent Manager bi-monthly to review content plans and updates.
Attend meetings with the team on a regular basis throughout the week.
Break down creative briefs for brand deal content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Brainstorm ideas and propose new content concepts to keep engagement high.
Project & Workflow Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize content based on deadlines.
Be adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and style across all content.
Event & Travel Responsibilities
Be available for events, shoots, and collaborations, including weekends and evenings.
Travel domestically and internationally as required for events and filming.
Technical & Software Proficiency
Use professional camera equipment or high-quality iPhone for content creation.
Edit using software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, VSCO, CapCut, and Photoshop.
Manage and store files using Google Drive and other cloud-based systems.

Skills Needed:
Strong social media management skills
Proficient in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere (or similar) for video editing
Experienced with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design
Knowledge of public relations strategies
Ability to create engaging content across various platforms
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
