Role OverviewThis is a part-time, in-person role suited to someone enthusiastic about branding, social media, and customer experience. You will play a key part in enhancing our online presence and ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
Collaborate with influencers and partners to support brand campaigns
Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a positive experience
Process and fulfil customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

Interest in brand development, marketing, or e-commerce
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Creativity and understanding of social media trends
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and within a team setting
