Job Summary
Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for driving sales and building engaging online experiences? We’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator who’s not just a social media pro but also a Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) wizard! In this role, you’ll manage social media, drive results with paid advertising campaigns, and keep our websites fresh and user-friendly. You’ll work closely with our external advertising partners and in-house creative team, shaping strategies that align with business goals and keep our online presence exciting. Your role will be key in increasing traffic, boosting sales, and making sure every campaign hits the mark.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Develop, create (in collaboration with our design team), schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms.
Monitor engagement, track trends, and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
Develop and execute creative social media campaigns tailored to the hospitality industry.

Website Management:
Manage and update content on Shopify and WordPress websites to ensure they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand voice.
Collaborate with our internal design team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Optimize website content for sales conversion and engagement.

Digital Advertising Campaigns:
Manage and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns from start to finish, including ad creation, targeting, and performance optimization.
Monitor ad performance, test different strategies, and adjust campaigns to improve ROI.
Stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and results-driven.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between our external advertising company and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Work with internal teams to gather feedback and implement updates across social media channels and websites.
Provide regular performance reports, offering strategic insights to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Strategy:
Develop innovative online marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
Analyse social media and website performance data, adjusting tactics to optimize results.
Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and running successful digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficiency with Shopify and WordPress platforms.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and the ability to optimize campaigns for best performance.
Ability to analyse data, measure KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a flexible, part-time role (2-3 days a week).
