Synergy is a leading Implants and Cosmetic, award-winning dental group in the north-west of England. We are dedicated to investing in our people, in line with our philosophy of lifelong learning. We are currently looking to recruit a Social Media Content Creator to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
· Creating fresh and engaging content daily for our social media channels daily
· Planning and production of the social media strategy in line with brand guidelines
· Using SM channels, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok to grow the company audience through engagement
· Create and Design innovative digital content for all channels
· Ensure all projects are completed within strict timeframe and within budget
· Keeping up to date with all trends and features associated with SM to ensure Brand is in line with current market
· Develop brand tone of voice through creative copywriting in SM captions and editorial web content
· Planning and negotiating with influencers collaborators to compliment the seasonal marketing campaigns
The Person:

Someone who is genuinely passionate about Social Media and Content Creation.
At least 1 years’ experience working in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
Preferably some videography experience
Ability to prioritise and work both reactively and proactively with incredible attention to detail.
Unrivalled eye for content, creative influence and aesthetics, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger marketing team.
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills with a positive outlook with the ability to multitask.
Full Driving Licence and Access to Own Vehicle for travelling to Practices.
A person who has a natural interest in social media and keeping up with the latest SM content.
