We’re a fast-growing property investment company that specialises in HMO projects, short-term rentals, and sourcing profitable property investment deals for investors across the UK. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and partner with aspiring investors, making property investment accessible, profitable, and fun.
We operate multiple businesses within the property sector and use social media as a key platform to build trust, share knowledge, and attract new JV partners and clients. Now, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help us grow our digital presence and take our brand to the next level.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in digital marketing or social media. You’ll be working closely with the founders to build and manage content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (videos, reels, carousels, stories, and graphics)
Capture and edit video content during site visits, refurb projects, and BTS of our daily operations
Develop and maintain a content calendar
Engage with followers and respond to DMs/comments
Keep up with industry and social trends to keep content fresh and relevant
Assist with email marketing
Monitor performance and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
Who You Are
A self-starter who’s passionate about content creation and social media
Confident with a camera and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
Interested in property investment, personal finance, or business (bonus points!)
Familiar with TikTok and Instagram Reels, and understand what makes content go viral
Great at storytelling, writing captions, and creating relatable content
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
