As we continue to expand, we are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. Role Overview:As the Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of brands, including Gilbert & Rose, Niche, and Creative Circuit. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, running campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency while tailoring your approach for each distinct brand. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, creative content creation, and the ability to manage multiple social media channels simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Brand Strategy: Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple brands, including Gilbert & Rose (Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Commercial & Business Transfer), Niche (Luxury Homes), and Creative Circuit (Marketing Agency).
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with the unique voice and objectives of each brand.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities for each brand by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
Campaign Management: Lead social media campaigns for each brand, including paid social ads, from conception to execution, ensuring they meet business goals and drive measurable results.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and channels using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing detailed reports and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure all brands remain innovative and competitive.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams from marketing, sales, design, and other departments to align social media efforts with broader business and brand strategies.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partners to amplify brand presence and drive growth.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms, while adapting tone and style to suit the unique characteristics of each brand.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns.
Strong expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and their specific best practices.
Exceptional content creation skills, including photography, videography, and copywriting, with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
Strong ability to multitask and manage social media efforts for several brands simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with social media advertising and campaign budgeting.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Desirable:
Experience in the real estate, luxury homes, or marketing industries is beneficial but not required.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Photography, videography, or graphic design skills would be a plus.
Prior experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns is advantageous.
