About the Role We are looking for a creative, analytical and strategic individual to drive growth across new and existing social media platforms. The successful candidate will drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through social initiatives. The position will utilize a combination of paid social program management, influencer management, community engagement, viral marketing, and on site opportunities, to drive the SwiftXccess social strategy. Successful candidates will possess a deep understanding of social media tactics and strategies, along with experience in overall online marketing.
Responsibilities:
Identify and create programs and promotions to grow membership and engagement within the social media and community space that align with SwiftXccess objectives own new platform and follower activities growth develop and execute branded influencer campaigns and content strategy to drive upper funnel awareness and reach own paid and boosted planning and execution, including tagged ads, boosted campaigns and brand-led reach campaigns develop reporting and tracking process with Agencies work collaboratively with global teams on social-led campaigns to maximise scale across platforms. content planning and shoot co-ordination with Editorial and Agency teams, (inc influencers sourcing and uploads), Budget, forecast, analyze and report on campaigns and contribute to monthly reporting Package and place original and syndicated content (video, etc.) through appropriate social channels. Monitor on-line conversations to determine reach and impact with on-line consumers. Work across departments to ensure alignment of all initiatives across all channels
Skills and Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field required 5 + years of concentrated experience with digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SNAP, Tik Tok, Twitter, mobile, social media, social commerce and display; proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion. Multi-tasker who is well organized, with impeccable written and oral presentation skills Strong analytical capability with experience in forecasting and website analytics Excellent project management skills Creative thinker who can be both innovative while execution oriented Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence management
Preferred Qualifications
Software Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Photo editing, HTML experience, Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mastery in Microsoft Excel Experience in Online Marketing, Influencer marketing, Blogs, Social Media, & Web Analytics (Adobe preferred) Background in B2B B2B2C fin-tech, payments, eCommerce.
Location London, England or Remote and available during Business Hours; This role is open to remote work as our teams are distributed. We are looking for team members who perform well given a high level of independence and autonomy and will establish a cadence of on-time delivery with high-quality work.
