Role Overview
This is not your average social media role. You’ll be the creative force behind our digital storytelling—ideating, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll also take the reins on shaping and executing a cohesive digital marketing strategy aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining a discerning, high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
– Produce/Edit visually stunning and brand-aligned content (video, photo, graphic, and copy) for social media and digital campaigns.
– Capture behind-the-scenes, treatments, client stories (with consent), and lifestyle content that resonates with a luxury audience.
– Create and maintain website content/blogs suitable for publication on WordPress
Social Media Management:
– Plan, schedule, and publish content across all major social channels.
– Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to keep content fresh and competitive.
– Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
Performance Monitoring:
– Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and ad spend.
– Create monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
Digital Strategy Development:
– Design and execute strategic campaigns to drive traffic, bookings, and brand awareness.
– Collaborate with leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with business goals and brand positioning.
– Oversee paid social campaigns and manage budget allocations effectively.
– Be able to optimise current content for better performance on organic search engines such as Google
Brand Stewardship:
– Maintain a consistent tone, look, and feel that reflects our premium positioning in the aesthetic space.
– Develop and protect the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all digital channels.

Qualifications
– 3+ years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
– Portfolio of past content work, especially within beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury industries.
– Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
– Strong knowledge of performance metrics and social analytics.
– Experience with paid social media campaigns and basic funnel strategy.
– Bonus: Photography/videography skills, influencer management, or experience in the medical aesthetics field.
