We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Creator to join our team at the Shipley store. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging, informative, and sales-driven content for OPA Living’s social media platforms.
Develop and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Produce high-quality visual and written content including photos, videos, graphics, and captions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with our audience.
Use analytics tools to track content performance and optimize strategies for maximum reach and impact.
Coordinate with the store team to capture behind-the-scenes content and showcase store events, promotions, and product launches.
Assist in the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design software/tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident and outgoing personality with a passion for furniture and interior design.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques is a plus.
A portfolio or examples of previous content creation work will be highly regarded.
