ABOUT US
YachtBuyer is the go-to destination for digital luxury yacht content. From immersive yacht tours to sharp editorial stories, we deliver high-end visuals across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and beyond. We’re now looking for a talented Social Media Video Editor to help shape our visual identity and storytelling across platforms.
THE ROLE
We’re seeking a creative, detail-focused editor who can craft both scroll-stopping short-form content and cinematic long-form episodes. You’ll be working with exclusive footage from some of the world’s most luxurious yachts, and your edits will be seen by a global audience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both quick-turnaround and polished storytelling environments and has advanced Premiere Pro and 360° video editing experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Cut long-form content for YouTube, including yacht reviews and interviews
Handle 360° video editing using tools like GoPro Player or Insta360 Studio
Colour grade, master audio, and add motion graphics and captions
Optimise content for each platform’s best practices and viewer behaviours
Collaborate with editorial and content leads to bring stories to life

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Expert Premiere Pro skills (must-have)
Strong YouTube editing knowledge
Experience editing 360-degree footage
A portfolio showcasing short and long-form work
Understanding of social video trends and storytelling formats
Motion design and audio editing basics (After Effects, Media Encoder, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or marine sectors
Familiarity with the superyacht world or a passion for discovering it
An eye for cinematic visuals and dynamic soundtracks

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive salary £33,000- £36,000 (based on experience)
Monday – Friday working hours (9:00am–5:30pm)
