Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Video Editor and Content Executive to join our evolving team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing video content from our events using video editing software and AI programs and sharing them on social media platforms – mainly, YouTube and LinkedIn, with potential for expansion to platforms like TikTok or Instagram. The candidate will also be tasked with repurposing non-video content and event-related posts while ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
The Team
This role is part of the marketing and social media team, responsible for WBR UK’s websites, campaigns, social media accounts and digital marketing.
We are a creative team and work collaboratively to find solutions and share best practice.

Duties
Edit video footage from our events to create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and online AI programs.
Managing the workflow of video editing requests using a workflow management tool such as Trello, Zendesk or Slack.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize video content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Coordinate with event sponsors to deliver paid video deliverables.
Sourcing and creating content for promotion on our internal and partner websites and across social media.
Management of LinkedIn posting schedules; including video posts, design where applicable and copywriting.
Running regular analytics on the various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube.
Regular updating of our internal websites and creation of landing pages.
Staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in video editing and social media marketing.
Requirements
One to two years’ professional experience where a large portion was editing video footage and creating social media content.
A portfolio video content editing work (essentially previous examples of short video creation from previous roles or studies).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Familiarity with online AI programs for adding captions to videos is a plus.
Experience in scheduling and posting organic and paid content on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Ability to capture video content including the planning of which shots, angles and general production style is preferable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
