Lash Heaven is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Warehouse & Social Media Assistant to support our fulfilment operations while also assisting with content creation and online engagement. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and has an eye for social media trends.
Responsibilities
Assist with picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately
Monitor stock levels and expiry dates; report low inventory to management
Handle basic customer service tasks (emails, order queries, etc.)
Capture behind-the-scenes content in the warehouse for use on social media
Support the social media team with scheduling and ideas
Assist the Marketing and Social Media Manager
Key Skills
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order picking, packing, labelling, and stock handling is essential.
Basic Computer & Admin Skills: Comfortable using spreadsheets, Shopify, and email
Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physical Readiness: Able to lift boxes and manage stockroom logistics in a safe and organised manner.
Customer Service Mindset: Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email and assist in resolving delivery or order issues.
Organisation: Help monitor low stock levels, shelf life/expiry dates, and ensure a clean, efficient workspace.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse manager, marketing team, and director to ensure smooth daily operations.
Social Media Familiarity: Confident taking behind-the-scenes photos/videos, creating basic UGC (user-generated content), and supporting scheduled content (e.g., posting stories or tagging products).
Flexibility: Willingness to assist in both logistics and marketing/admin tasks when needed.
Positive Attitude & Reliability: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with consistent punctuality.
